Hey, folks!

Welcome (back) to my new and improved website. I’m glad you’re here!

If we have not met, my name is Lindsay Brazell. I am a high school choral director by day, a singer-songwriter, musician, mom, wife, and stationery enthusiast. I love journaling, productivity hacks, learning the ways of sourdough bread, and finding excellent coffee shops. Yes, I AM the epitome of cool.

My home on the internet has seen various makeovers, this being the most recent. Back in 2010 I used to be an avid music education blogger, sharing resources and ideas for the choral classroom. Then for a short period, blogs became buried beneath all the other cool social media platforms, so I paused writing and dove into those.

However, all this time, I have truly missed writing in this medium. Perhaps it’s the journalism minor I have, or just my suppressed love of blogs, but I felt like I needed to bring it back. Plus, my last website iteration was a couple years old and we needed to do some spring (winter) cleaning anyway.

My hope is to not approach blogging with a “business” mindset, but more as a creative space that will draw readers in who have similar interests. All of that to say, I’m not here to sell you things (though if I have product suggestions, I’ll probably use my Amazon Affiliate links because 1) Why not?, and 2) I never make money off of them anyway LOL!)
